Computer vision for UK coaches, clubs, and gyms.
The top players in your sport have access to multi-camera tracking systems costing tens of thousands a year. You have a phone and a tripod. I build vision systems that close that gap: single-camera form analysis, match stats, and studio occupancy for clubs, coaches, and gym owners who want the data without the infrastructure.

What's actually happening in your training right now.
You film a session on your phone, send the player a six-minute video, and ask them to spot what they could do better. They watch it once, learn nothing, and don't watch it again.
The pros get frame-by-frame analysis: joint angles, sprint speeds, comparison to a reference. Not because the technology is exotic anymore. Because nobody's built the affordable version for the rest of the sport.
That's what this is. The same kinds of analysis, on the camera you already use, for the players you actually coach.
What I build for coaches, clubs, and gym owners.
Form analysis for coaches
Upload a video. Get back a frame-by-frame breakdown of joint angles, tempo, and deviation from a reference rep. Useful for weightlifting, gymnastics, golf, cricket, swimming, tennis, athletics, anywhere repeatable form matters.
Quoted on scope.
Fixed price in writing before any work starts. Hardware, on-site installation, and any opted-in subscriptions quoted separately at cost.
Match & training stats
Player heatmaps, sprint counts, possession time, distance covered, all from a single camera at pitch-side. Designed for clubs that can't justify a full multi-camera tracking setup.
Quoted on scope.
Fixed price in writing before any work starts. Hardware, on-site installation, and any opted-in subscriptions quoted separately at cost.
Studio occupancy & class flow
For gyms and studios. How many people are in each class. Which equipment gets used most. Where the bottleneck is at 6pm on a Tuesday.
Quoted on scope.
Fixed price in writing before any work starts. Hardware, on-site installation, and any opted-in subscriptions quoted separately at cost.
Drill compliance
For clubs running structured training sessions. The system watches a drill and confirms whether players are completing the right reps in the right positions. Useful for academy work, group training, rehab progression.

A few of the situations this system handles.
A football or hockey coach filming training from a single tripod camera. The session uploads, processes, and returns per-player heatmaps, sprint counts, distance covered, and time in each third of the pitch. Coaching conversations have data behind them.
A weightlifting or gymnastics coach reviewing form. A video of a rep gets analysed frame by frame, with joint angles, tempo, and deviation from a reference rep. The athlete sees exactly where their form drifts.
A gym or studio owner trying to balance class capacity and equipment use. The system watches the studio space, counts attendance per class, tracks which equipment gets used most and when, and surfaces the bottleneck the timetable is hiding.
A club running structured drills with academy or junior players. The system watches the drill, confirms whether the right reps are being completed in the right positions, and gives the coaching staff a quick check on session quality.
Why this, why me.
Single camera, real data.
Most affordable for clubs and coaches who can't justify a multi-camera installation. The accuracy isn't quite a Premier League tracking system, but it's a lot better than nothing, and dramatically cheaper.
The code is yours.
The system runs on a small server you own. The data, your players' data, stays on it.
Built for actual sports coaches.
Not a generic AI tool retrofitted for sport. Designed around the questions a coach actually asks after a session.
Fixed price, in writing.
No per-player fees, no per-match fees.
A call, then a build.
We talk
Twenty minutes. You tell me your sport, your camera setup, the questions you want answered.
I build
Two to four weeks for most club setups.
Every quote breaks out the build fee, hardware, install labour, and any subscriptions in writing before you commit. One total, every line visible.
The things people ask before we start.
Which sports does this work for?
Most field sports, including football, rugby, hockey, and lacrosse. Most racquet sports. Athletics. Swimming with the right camera angle. Gymnastics, weightlifting, golf, and cricket. It does not work well for sports with rapid contact-heavy occlusion, like rugby scrums or MMA, without specialised camera setups that most clubs won't have.
How accurate is the player tracking?
Single-camera tracking from a pitch-side view typically achieves 85 to 95 percent accuracy on player identification and movement. Higher in good light with clear shirt-number visibility, lower in dense crowding or poor camera angles. It is not stadium-grade tracking. It is genuinely useful coach-grade data, at a fraction of the cost.
Can it identify individual players?
Yes, when shirt numbers are visible, or with a quick set-up at the start of each session where you tag each player to their name. The system then tracks them through the session.
Does it need internet during a session?
No. Recording is local. Processing happens after the session, either on your hardware or with a small upload to a faster machine if you want the analysis back sooner. The session itself runs offline.
What about under-18s and academy players?
Players are typically club members under existing contracts that cover performance analysis. For academy and youth players, parental consent and stricter data handling apply. We work through this properly on the call, including what data is stored and for how long.
Can the players see their own data?
Yes, if you want them to. The system can produce per-player one-page summaries or feed into a club app you already use. Many clubs prefer to keep the data coach-side only; that's also fine.
How quickly can it be running with my club?
Two to four weeks for a single club. Multi-team setups within the same club (first team, reserves, academy) run faster per team after the first because the configuration is reused. A full club setup across three or four teams typically completes inside five to seven weeks.
